What Can You Help With?

Settin’ Up the Scene: Tables, chairs, lights, and decor—we make it all look just right.

Greetin’ Guests: Smile, say howdy. Take tickets. You’re the first face they see!

Servin’ Food & Drinks: Help dish out dinner, pour a drink, and keep things movin’.

Sellin’ Merch: Got a knack for chattin’? Help us sell them hats, tees, and country goodies.

Promoting the Hoedown;

Shakin’ hands with some good ol’ folks and welcoming them to the hoedown, helping with putting up posters,and advance ticket sales

Clean-Up Crew: Sweepin’, tidyin’ up, and makin’ sure we leave the hall spick and span.
